3 IN 1 - FAVOR DISPLAY IDEAS

CLEARLY BEAUTIFUL
FLOWER TOP
Trim stems off paper flowers (we used 9 per box); hot-glue to box top. For label, center name on 2-by-81/2-inch piece of vellum; fold paper at 2-inch intervals, wrap around box; glue overlap at back.
1BOX 10 WAYS

The boxes can be decorated to fit the mood of any wedding. The Glitter Top box helps create a formal tone, while the Polka Dot box lends a lighthearted touch. You can also vary our designs: The Color Block box can be created with sleek metallic or comfortable solid colors; the Scallop Top box, fancy with our ornate ribbon, becomes more casual with grosgrain trim.
Add a name tag, and the favors do double-duty as place cards. You can easily make these little gifts on your own over a few sessions. Or, with a bit of help from your friends, you can create them assembly-line style in one evening over night takeout: Have one person pink the fabric, another fold the boxes into shape, a third cut and tie the ribbons, and so on. By short time you suddenly realize that the favors will be ready.
Above: A basic cardboard box, two and a half inches square, makes an excellent favor when creatively transformed -- and filled with sweets, candy, eggs, muffin or cake.
PAPER BAND BOX
The box gets a new silhouette from a sheer paper band that's folded at the top and secured with a ribbon; the couple's names and wedding date were rubber-stamped on the band before it was wrapped around the box.
Fold a 2-by-10-inch sheer paper strip every 2 inches; wrap around box. Fold ends; punch hole. Fold 8-by-1/4-inch ribbon; slide loop from back to front; pull tails through.
BLOSSOM BOXES
These groovy favors are made using just four different flower punches.
HOW TO:
These favors are made using just four different flower punches. Punch flowers from white card stock; trim the edges of the large blooms with mini pinking shears to resemble cherry blossoms. Stamp centers of the large and medium-size flowers. We had rubber stamps made with two designs; you could also draw in a design with fine markers. Attach two or three flowers to each box. Some are affixed flat on the box using adhesive dots; others are attached with adhesive foam disks so they're raised.
MONOGRAMMED SEAL
L.O.V.E POETRY

Wrap box in 81/2-by-6-inch paper, securing with double-sided tape. Fold 24 inches of waxed twine in half; tie knot 81/2 inches from fold. Thread on beads; knot again. Trim excess; wrap around box, threading beads through loop.
